INTERCRUISES SHORESIDE AND PORT SERVICES works in unison with cruise ship representatives, coordinating a dual branded operation to deliver a seamless journey between land and ship.  We constantly look for open-minded professionals with the drive and passion to deliver our first-class cruise services to clients worldwide.

We have seasonal PART TIME AIRPORT STAFF positions available with flexible schedules of approximately 10-20 hours a week.

RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Meet and greet passengers at baggage claim area.

·         Ensure passenger is on the appropriate transfer as

indicated on the manifest sheets. Immediately advise.

·         Properly label the passenger’s luggage with their full

name, name of the ship and cruise line, stateroom, or

cabin.

·         Guide passengers to their waiting area for ground

 transportation or bus loading zone.

·         Take final head count of passenger and note any issue

 such as early flights, missing luggage/items, medical  

 issues.

·         Assist with handling passenger missing luggage,

·         Well-groomed with a friendly outgoing demeanor &

          passion for providing a high-level of customer service to   

          all the guests. 

·         Possess a sense of responsibility and ability to multi

task a fast paced and ever-changing environment.

·         Able to stand or walk for long periods of time, often the

          entire shift.

·         Excellent communication and presentation skills

·         Must be available Sunday, Monday, Thursday and Friday.
