Sanitation Lead Hand

 What This Job Offers:

• Monday–Friday PM Shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM)
• Saturday & Sunday off

Basic Job Function:

• Manage sanitation program including documentation and training
• Coordinate and schedule the activities of the sanitation department
• Manage sanitation chemical program including training
• Communicate with day shift about issues and concerns
• Assist with maintenance as it pertains to the sanitation department
• Manage work meet all regulatory standards (SFCR, FMSA, GFSI, etc.)
• Participate on HACCP Team
• Ensure compliance with Pre-Requisite Programs including GMPs
• Ensure compliance with OHSA
• Manual cleaning as required
• Perform other related duties as required

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Graduate
• Minimum 5 years Team Lead/Supervisor experience
• Experience in food manufacturing sanitation and/or cleaning and/or chemical handling
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Proficient computer skills for management of documents and management programs
• Ability to operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment to support job-related duties.
• Ability for lifting, climbing, bending etc.,
