To meet the growing demand for our product we’re currently seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Controller to lead our accounting functions and support financial decision-making across the organization. This is a key leadership role, reporting directly to the CFO, that partners closely with Operations and IT teams to drive accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.

In This Role You Will:

·         Lead all accounting functions and internal controls.

·         Collaborate with Operations to analyze, maintain, and enhance costing and to improve inventory processes.

·         Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.

·         Analyze performance trends and provide financial insights for capital investments.

·         Partner with IT to consolidate data from multiple sources into actionable reports.

·         Enhance reporting systems and dashboard tools for timely decision-making.

·         Ensure compliance with tax, legal, and regulatory requirements.

·         Document and enforce accounting policies; support external audits.

We’re Looking For:

·         A degree or diploma in Finance or related field.

·         Progressive senior-level experience in accounting/finance, preferably in manufacturing.

·         Strong knowledge of cost accounting, standard costing, and variance analysis.

·         Experience managing small accounting teams.

·         Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel tools (Power Query, Power BI) is considered an asset.

·         Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

·         CPA designation and manufacturing experience are considered assets.
