Overview
We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Customer Success Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you'll be the go-to person for our customers—making sure they feel supported, heard, and taken care of. You’ll play a key role in delivering a 5-star experience across every touchpoint.

Shift

• Thursday - Friday 8:00AM to 4:30PM (onsite requirement)
• Saturday: 8:00am to 4:30PM (remote possibility)

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver top-tier customer service by listening actively and resolving issues with care
• Handle inbound calls for plumbing and HVAC services—including service requests, scheduling, and general inquiries
• Make outbound calls to confirm appointments, follow up on services, and engage new or returning customers
• Schedule service appointments efficiently based on customer needs and technician availability
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth communication and timely delivery of services
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer questions, concerns, and escalations
• Build strong customer relationships and help improve overall satisfaction and retention

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, ideally within the home services, HVAC, or plumbing industry
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organization and time-management abilities
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• A passion for helping people and solving problems

Bonus Points

• Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or home services
• Familiarity with CRM (Service Titan) or scheduling tools
• Leadership or coaching experience in a service setting
