As the Manager of Premium Partnerships & Sales, you drive revenue growth and strengthen corporate partnerships. You are responsible for developing new sponsorships, managing existing corporate accounts, and delivering exceptional client service to enhance business relationships. The key areas of accountability are:

Corporate Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Identify, prospect, and secure new corporate sponsorships and advertising partnerships.
  • Develop customized marketing and sponsorship proposals tailored to client objectives.
  • Meet and exceed revenue targets through innovative sponsorship activations.

Account Management & Client Servicing

  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with current corporate partners.
  • Ensure all sponsorship agreements are executed effectively with maximum value for partners.
  • Work closely with marketing, game operations, and digital teams to integrate sponsors into game-day experiences and promotions. 
  • Represent the Royals at networking events, business functions, and community initiatives.

Activation & Fulfillment

  • Coordinate the delivery of sponsor assets, including in-arena signage, concourse activations, promotions, and hospitality packages.
  • Oversee game-day activations, ensuring sponsor visibility and engagement.
  • Track and report on sponsorship performance and ROI metrics for partners.

Ideally you have built a reputation as a trusted partner developing long-term customer relationships through highly professional sales approaches. As this role is customer focused, evening and weekend availability aligned with game and event days is critical. For bonus points, you have a bachelor’s degree or diploma in business, marketing, or a related field.
