Insurance Customer Service/Personal Lines Agent - BILINGUAL!!! South Austin Location!!

We are URGENTLY seeking A bilingual candidate to join our team at our South Austin location in an established insurance agency. Insurance experience not required. Willing to train the right candidate!!!

Duties include, but are not limited to:
-Quote and sell personal lines insurance - (after licensing, if not already licensed)
-Service existing book of business
-Reach agreed upon sales goals
-Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
-Assist with busy multi line phone system

Competitive Compensation and Benefits!!! Salary commensurate on experience. ($17-24/hr. plus bonus/commission) DOE!!!

Qualifications:

-TDI Insurance License a HUGE PLUS!!! However, we will train the right candidate. 
-Familiarity with CRM platforms and typical office equipment/software
-Ability to build rapport with clients & work well in team setting.
-Dependable/Reliable
-Goal oriented
