Medication Manager, PT, 2nd Shift, Assisted Living

Position: Medication Manager

Status: Part Time
Shift: 2nd 2:00 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.
Location: Assisted Living

This position is scheduled 2:00 p.m. - 10:30 p.m. and requires every third weekend, every other holiday.
 
As a Medication Manager, you will be responsible to assists residents with daily living activities with the goal of enhancing each resident's quality of life, administer medication reminders and/or medication under the direction of a Registered Nurse, provide bathing/showering and personal hygiene assistance, observe and report changes in resident's condition to Nurse Supervisor, maintain a clean and safe work environment and other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

• Must Complete Mandatory Yearly In-Service Training

• Successful Completion of Required Medication Manager Course Upon Hire
