On-Call Handyman

Handyman Needed for ROSNO Property Management & Leasing!

We are looking for an independent contractor who is motivated, hard working and reliable to work for our busy residential property portfolio. The individual must be able to work quickly and efficiently and be able to multi-task. Must be able to work under pressure and achieve deadlines. 

Requirements:

• 2+ Years experience 

• Carpentry Experience

• Plumbing Experience

• Valid Class 5 Drivers License

• Clean Drivers Abstract

• Own Vehicle

• Own tools

Duties (included but not limited to):

• Patching and repairing Drywall

• Laying Cushion Flooring

• Painting

• Cabinet Repairs

• Minor Plumbing Repairs

• Repairing window/door casings 


We offer consistent on-call work, and a competitive hourly wage, paid weekly.
