Guest Services Representative

Position Overview

The role of the Guest Services Representative is to ensure that the guest receives the best possible service.

Job Functions

• Perform cash out functions at the end of each shift.

• Keep work areas clean and tidy.

• Maintain a professional appearance.

• May be required to perform opening or closing duties.

• Assist in the responsible beverage service for guests.

• Perform Lottery Sales and Redemptions.

• Handle guest questions or concerns with professionalism and respect.

• Inform Supervisor of any concerns.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-year experience in Customer Service.

• Some work with a point of sale system an asset.

• Must be able to work Days, Evenings, Late Nights, Weekends and Holidays

Other Skills/Abilities

• Patience, teamwork, diplomacy, trustworthy, confidence, works well under pressure.

Working Conditions

• Fast paced, multi-unit, highly demanding, support department.

All applicants must have ProServe.
