Location: Twin Anchors Manufacturing 675 Old Town Rd, Sicamous BC

We are currently seeking a skilled Installer specializing in vinyl & Hardie siding and asphalt/sheet metal roofing to join our dedicated Rigging Department. Key Responsibilities:
- Material Preparation: Measure, cut, and prepare siding and roofing materials according to project specifications.
- Installation: Install various types of siding, asphalt shingles, and sheet metal roofing, ensuring adherence to design plans, building codes, and safety standards.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect installed materials for quality and compliance with company standards, making repairs and adjustments as necessary to uphold high workmanship standards.
- Efficiency and Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies regarding waste reduction, safety practices, and timely completion of work.
- Team Collaboration: Actively participate in team discussions and meetings to share insights and strategies for improving productivity, quality, and safety in the installation process.
- Equipment Proficiency: Safely and effectively utilize hand and power tools, as well as measuring instruments, to complete installation tasks.
- Continuous Learning: Demonstrate a positive attitude and a willingness to learn new techniques and processes as needed to stay current in the industry.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an installer, particularly in siding and roofing.
- Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and best practices related to siding and roofing installation.
- Excellent reading and interpretation skills for construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
- Proficiency in safely and effectively using installation tools and equipment.
- Experience in coordinating with other on-site trades.

- Familiarity with ISO standards and documentation processes.
- Experience with project management software.

- Capability to lift and carry heavy materials frequently.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for precision work.
- Ability to crouch, bend, and kneel as needed to access work areas.
- Stamina to perform repetitive tasks without compromising quality.
- Ability to work in various conditions, including indoor and outdoor environments.

Compensation: Starting at $20- $24/Hour (based on experience/trade certifications)
