Our Occupational Therapist provides the following:

• Provides and directs occupational therapy services to residents, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, and completes related documentation and communication.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Successful completion of National Certification Examination for OTR.

Clinical Setting:

Skilled Nursing Facility
Sub-Acute

Job Type: Per-Diem

Shift: M-F, Weekends as needed

Salary: $55-$60 per hour
