Bedfordshire Golf Course, a privately owned and meticulously maintained course in Bedford, MA, ND Landscape is seeking a skilled and reliable Golf Course Groundskeeper to join our dedicated team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, values a beautifully kept landscape, and enjoys working independently in a quiet, natural setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily turf and grounds maintenance, including mowing, trimming, and bunker grooming
- Operate various groundskeeping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and utility vehicles
- Monitor course conditions and report any concerns or needed repairs
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment
- Support seasonal tasks such as leaf cleanup, snow removal, and project work
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in golf course maintenance, landscaping, or groundskeeping is required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and pride in work quality
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and operate light equipment
Schedule:
- 30–40 hours per week
- Weekend and early morning hours may be required during the peak season
