About the Role

Snaplii is looking for a strategic and customer-focused Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our gifting function. This role will involve owning the product roadmap, driving cross-functional collaboration, and delivering an exceptional user experience that enhances the way our users send digital gift cards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, a passion for innovation, and a deep understanding of fintech or digital gifting platforms.


Key Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy: Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the gifting function, ensuring alignment with Snaplii’s overall mission and goals.
  • Customer Insights: Conduct user research and gather feedback to deeply understand customer needs and pain points, translating these insights into product improvements.
  • Roadmap Management: Prioritize features and enhancements based on business impact, customer value, and technical feasibility.
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to deliver high-quality product experiences on time and within budget.
  • Market Research: Analyze industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure Snaplii’s gifting function remains innovative and competitive.
  • Performance Tracking: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the gifting function, identifying areas for continuous improvement.
  • Compliance & Security: Ensure all aspects of the gifting function adhere to regulatory requirements and best practices in data security.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field. An MBA is a plus.
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in fintech, digital payments, or e-commerce.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling digital products.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with digital gift card platforms or payment systems is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, and analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Google Analytics).
