Growth Marketer
We’re looking for a Growth Marketer who is both data-driven and entrepreneurial — someone who thrives on scaling user acquisition and engagement, while also building smart partnerships that unlock new growth channels. This hybrid role sits at the intersection of marketing strategy, performance execution, and business development, giving you a chance to directly shape both the growth engine and ecosystem of our business.
What you’ll doIdentify and manage NA strategic partnerships that unlock new user funnels.
- Manage and monitor growth across many channels: partnerships, SEO, content, paid social, influencer, referral and coordinate with channel owners. Track CAC/LTV rigorously and optimize efforts to improve efficiency.
Collaborate with product/design to optimize onboarding and activation.
3–6 years of experience in growth/performance marketing with hands-on multi-channel execution
Direct experience in partner development, influencer, or co-marketing partnerships.
Strong analytical skills; proven track record managing acquisition costs.
Good product/design sense with ability to spot and fix friction in user journeys.
Willingness to work hard, move fast, and take ownership in a high-growth environment.
Background in consumer apps, fintech, or financial services apps strongly preferred.
Compensation
Base salary: up to $140K
Performance bonus: 20–25% of base
Equity: $50K/year in RSUs or options
Base location:
San Jose CA (remote) or Toronto Canada (onsite)
Travel: Monthly travel to Toronto during the first three months.
