John Ross & Sons Ltd. specializes in purchasing and processing all ferrous and non-ferrous scrap metals, along with accepting a wide range of recyclable material to process.

We are currently seeking an energetic and safety minded Class 3 driver to join our team in Truro!

Previous driving experience (2+ years) is a must as well as a clean driving record.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Organize and load product

• Safely navigate the vehicle

• Ensuring safety and security of cargo

• Gather appropriate paperwork for deliveries

• Maintain cleanliness of vehicle

• Ensure deficiencies are noted and reported to proper manager

Qualifications:

• Must have 2+ years experience

• Must hold valid Class 3 License

• Clean Drivers Abstract

• Good communication skills

• Safety Minded

Hours of Work: *Monday to Friday, 6:30am to 5pm; Saturdays as needed, 6:30am-12pm.

Rate starts at $24.00/hr and goes up depending on experience.
