committed to delivering exceptional service and rental support. We are seeking
a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to manage both Service Writing
and Rental Operations at our Meridian, MS location. This hybrid role is
ideal for someone with strong communication skills, technical understanding,
and a passion for customer service and equipment logistics.
Responsibilities:
Service
Operations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers requiring service and repairs.
- Accurately write up service requests and ensure all details are properly documented.
- Communicate with technicians to provide clear job instructions and manage workflow.
- Provide customers with service estimates, timelines, and updates.
- Process work orders, warranties, and invoices efficiently.
- Maintain service records and ensure proper documentation.
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate repairs.
- Translate customer concerns into technical instructions for service technicians.
- Release repaired equipment and explain work performed, and costs accrued.
Rental
Operations
- Manage rental fleet availability, scheduling, and customer agreements.
- Ensure rental equipment is properly maintained, documented, and ready for use.
- Coordinate delivery and pickup logistics for rental units.
- Track rental durations, usage, and billing.
- Communicate rental terms, fees, and policies clearly to customers.
- Maintain rental records and ensure compliance with warranty and insurance requirements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certifications are a plus.
- Prior experience in service writing, rental coordination, or related roles preferred.
- Knowledge of Kubota equipment or similar machinery is advantageous.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in computer systems and service-related software.
- Strong record-keeping and organizational skills.
