Construction Cleanup Crew (Full-Time)

This is a full-time, direct hire position.

Construction experience to support the excavation and landscaping efforts for our rapidly growing company. We are looking for candidates that have 1+ years of general construction or landscaping experience.

Responsibilities of the Construction Laborer

• Perform all duties assigned by the Project Manager.

• Operate a variety of hand and power tools as directed by management.

• Clean and prepare construction sites as needed, including removing and properly disposing of debris and waste materials.

• Maintain a safe and clean job site by handling materials and storing them properly, picking up and removing all tools and equipment when not in use, and securing the job site on a daily basis.

• Load and unload construction supplies from trucks both manually and with the use of equipment.

• Report incidents immediately to Project Manager in accordance with incident reporting procedures.

• Cleans and prepares sites for projects

• Digs ditches or trenches, backfills excavations, levels pipes

• Meet contractual conditions of performance

• Perform maintenance on equipment as needed

Requirements of the Construction Laborer

• Experience on a construction crew preferred

• Ability to complete work on time

• Excellent verbal communication skills

• Ability to work in all weather conditions

• Ability to work in a team

• Experience with excavating and loading equipment

• Must be able to sit, stand and bend for multiple hours within the work day

• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.

Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED

• general labor: 1 year (Preferred)

• relevant: 1 year (Preferred)

• construction: 1 year (Preferred)
