What You’ll Do: 
  • Review and coordinate daily planning and staff schedules 
  • Anticipate needs and think 2–3 moves ahead while building the daily plan 
  • Respond calmly and effectively to last-minute changes (e.g., sick calls, event additions) 
  • Keep backup plans in mind while executing the primary schedule 
  • Use tools like Google Docs, Sheets, Microsoft Word & Excel  
  • Communicate clearly with team members to ensure smooth operations
Who You Are: 
  • A big-picture planner who can manage moving parts and shifting priorities 
  • Comfortable making quick decisions with confidence and clarity 
  • Experienced in hospitality, event coordination, healthcare scheduling, or other operations-based roles 
  • Tech-comfortable and detail-oriented 
  • Looking for long-term career growth, purpose, and stability 
Qualifications: 
  • Post-secondary education diploma or degree in event management / planning, hospitality OR relevant experience in healthcare staff scheduling, operational logistics, or service coordination 
  • 2+ years of scheduling or event planning experience is an asset
