Specialist, Media Relations (Temporary, Full-Time)

Step into a dynamic role as the Specialist, Media Relations at UGM, where you’ll become the voice that amplifies a mission of hope and transformation. Reporting to the Manager, Media Relations & Communications, you’ll lead high-impact media efforts for key events like UGM’s Major Meals, while crafting and executing strategic communications projects across multiple channels and regions. With a focus on promoting and enhancing external awareness of UGM’s life-saving work, you’ll play a pivotal role in sharing stories of impact and service across Metro Vancouver, the Fraser Valley, and Greater Victoria. You may come into contact with clients in crisis situations, brought about by diverse problems.  There will be other staff nearby to assist as required. 

The starting pay range for this position is $31.92 - $34.88 per hour.
