Retail Operations Manager

THE ROLE

We are currently seeking a Retail Operations Manager to lead a collaborative leadership team with the main objective of driving the company's operational overall success. This includes working with the Store Managers to ensure business growth and success while supporting the store operations and overall business goals. You'll share our passion for great local food and extraordinary food experiences.

• Retail Operations: Optimize operations through effective leadership, team collaboration, and consistent execution and creation of procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Financial Performance: Manage store financials of both locations and delivering budget targets for KPIs of sales, margin, labour, and net profit.
• People Leadership: Lead, develop, and hold team members accountable by fostering a high-performance culture, supporting training and coaching, and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.

• Compensation includes a base salary of $85,000 to $95,000 (based on related experience) plus a performance bonus tied to KPIs

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• Several years operational experience at a managerial level, preferably in a multi-site retail environment
• Experience with inventory systems, ordering processes, and loss prevention strategies
• Previous experience with scheduling, team management, and creating positive customer experiences
