Draft Technician / Special Events Support - HOUMA

Essential Job Duties:
- Clean and maintain draught beer dispensing equipment in accordance with Anheuser-Busch and Company guidelines for “On-Premise” accounts including the Draught Trailer used for Special Events.
- Maintain cleaning schedule wherein every draught beer line in the territory is cleaned on a schedule consistent with Wholesaler requirements.
- Troubleshoot basic draught system problems and respond to trouble calls in a timely manner.
- Maintain product freshness and presentation through proper rotation and equipment cleanliness and appearance.
- Execute all aspects of events, including the physical setup and teardown of marketing equipment such as draught trailer, stages, tents, tables, bins, and banners.
- Delivery products to event sites and collect payment where applicable, ensuring proper handling of invoices and product inventory.
- On occasion, attend events as a brand representative, providing professional on-site support and post-event recaps to management.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 21 years of age
- Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record in accordance with company policy
- Ability to safely tow and back trailers for special events
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior service industry/customer service experience is preferred
- Highly organized with the ability to manage priorities and coordinate multiple projects
- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours when needed including nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to safely operate job-related equipment (hand truck, pallet jack, etc.)
- Ability to fulfill all physical aspects of the job including frequent and repetitive lifting, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling and carrying of product weighing up to 165lbs
