Beer Pourer (2025 season)
Beer Pourers are the front line of the beverage experience at Breese Stevens Field. Interested candidates should have a positive attitude, outgoing personality, and work well in group settings.
Responsibilities include:
- Greet and accommodate customers with a positive attitude and a smile while fulfilling orders and requests in an accurate and timely manner.
- Use the Square point-of-sale system to sell beverages to customers including processing payment.
- Follow proper alcohol awareness and service policies.
- Pour tap beer and serve canned beverage product in a high-volume environment.
- Stock and inventory product levels in assigned station.
- Under guidance of Concessions Supervisors, maintain cleanliness and health standards in accordance with guidelines set forth by the Dept. of Public Health.
- Maintain a positive, safe, and fun work environment.
- Applicants with prior cocktail bartending experience may be considered for mixologist positions.
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old to be eligible for beer pouring or bartending positions.
Beer Pourers are hired for the outdoor event season at Breese Stevens Field which typically runs from early April to late October. This is a part-time, hourly position with most scheduled work occurring in the evening, including both weekdays and weekends. Beer Pourers are eligible to earn tips from the stadium tip pool in addition to a base hourly wage.
