Field Outreach Intern – Entry-Level Marketing & Outreach - Orange County - CA

Locations: Fullerton, Irvine, Costa Mesa, Santa Ana, Anaheim (multiple event venues & community hotspots)
Type: Part-time Internship (20–40 hours/week) | Summer / Academic Year

As a Field Outreach Intern, you'll visit diverse locations and interact with customers face-to-face—engaging, qualifying, and closing leads. Learn the fundamentals of compliance, application submissions, sales pitches, and territory management while gaining confidence in real-world outreach.

• Conduct outreach at local events, shopping centers, campuses, and community hubs

• Engage potential customers, answer questions, and assist with application/document completion

• Qualify prospects and guide them toward service/product sign-ups

• Cultivate and manage your assigned territory—optimize coverage and performance

• Monitor and ensure compliance with company protocols, documentation standards, and outreach KPIs

• Report insights, trends, and feedback to the field team

• Collaborate with peers during briefing sessions and training workshops

  Who Should Apply

  • Currently enrolled in 1st or 2nd year of college (associate or bachelor’s degree program)

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal enthusiasm

  • Self-motivated, energetic, and reliable

  • Comfortable working outdoors and navigating public venues

  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for local outreach work

  • No prior experience required—just a positive attitude and desire to learn
