Salary Range: $45,000 – $75,000 annually (based on experience)

Smokin’ Jack’s BBQ is hiring a full-time Operations & Purchasing Supervisor to oversee procurement, inventory, and location-level operations across multiple units. This mobile leadership role is responsible for managing budgets, vendor relationships, staff onboarding, and site support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, cost-conscious, and capable of filling in for site managers, training management, and supporting franchise growth.
Key Responsibilities:-
Manage and track budgets across all restaurant locations

Place and reconcile vendor orders for food, packaging, and supplies

Conduct weekly inventory counts at all sites and submit variance reports

Maintain up-to-date cost tracking sheets and pricing logs

Submit weekly operations and budget performance reports to ownership

Serve as acting site manager when needed to cover absences or vacancies

Oversee and implement onboarding for new hires

Lead training sessions for new and existing managers

Support the development of franchise-ready systems, manuals, and SOPs

Help ensure brand consistency and operational readiness across all current and future locations

Act as a key player in franchise expansion efforts, including training and site visits

2+ years in restaurant operations, inventory management, or procurement

Strong understanding of cost control and multi-location logistics

Must have reliable transportation and be comfortable working across multiple sites

Effective leader with the ability to train and coach management-level staff

Ability to assist in building scalable systems for franchise support

Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets and digital inventory tools

Strong communication, decision-making, and organizational skills

Salary: $45,000 – $75,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
