We are looking to add a new member to our team in a full time position. Working in the call center for BioServ Inc., your job is to promote the best experience for all current or potential clients while maintaining a positive attitude while working. A key aspect of the job is being knowledgeable of the services we provide and sell. The ideal candidate must have detailed customer service experience.

As a call center representative you must:

  • Answer telephone calls promptly & professionally
  • Assist clients with any requests or questions
  • Complete your work in a timely manner
  • File any incoming documents daily
  • Create quotes and service agreements for any new client requesting information and update any old ones per request
  • Participate in making sales calls
  • Complete drivers paperwork packets when necessary
  • Print all labels, manifests & orders
  • Handling special projects

Required experience:

  • 3 years in a high volume call center
  • 5 years of customer service
  • Appropriate email and phone etiquette
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
  • Ability to multitask is a must
