Field Marshal
This position is responsible for ensuring a safe and enjoyable gaming experience for our customers. This position will provide the initial orientation to the equipment, facilities, and structures, rules of engagement and required safety briefing. You then lead them through a variety of combat simulation competitions. Barking orders, game making, and having fun with our gamers are all perks of the job. The position will also assist in the maintenance and update of the gaming equipment.
Duties include:
- Greet players with a friendly upbeat attitude.
- Provide orientation and safety briefings to groups of 10 to 50(+) customers prior to the start of each gaming session.
- Ensure all customer participants understand and abide by the rules of engagement.
- Keeps customers safe by following safety policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain an appropriate level of knowledge on the use and maintenance of the gaming equipment.
- Enhances company reputation by accepting ownership for high levels of customer service and positive interaction.
- Assists with cleaning of the facility and equipment.
- Hours include nights and weekends.
The skills you must possess are customer service, teamwork, ability to lead & motivate, assertiveness, high energy, a commanding presence, and confidence in your voice and body language.
An ideal candidate is a military veteran or someone that has an interest in combat games that would enjoy playing war games and getting paid for it.
