Post Assembler

Visions Staffing is assisting a leading electronic manufacturing services (EMS) provider for aerospace, defense, medical, automotive, and other industries, is seeking an experienced Post Solder Assembler.

Responsibilities

• Perform soldering operations on printed circuit boards (PCB), SMT, through-hole, cable, and wire harness assemblies
• Read and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, and customer specifications
• Perform post-solder inspection and touch-up under a microscope
• Use hand tools, heat guns, and rework stations safely and effectively

Qualifications

• 5+ years of solder assembly experience in electronics manufacturing (contract manufacturing or OEM)
• Experience in ISO 9001 or AS9100 environments
• Ability to read datasheets, blueprints, and ECNs
