Server/Waitstaff

The Owlery is looking for someone to join our front-of-house team! We are an all-vegetarian restaurant, looking for someone who can work efficiently and get along well with others as part of a busy team. Experience is preferred, but not required, and we particularly want to encourage women, non-binary, and queer folks to apply as we strive to create a work environment that is diverse and inclusive.

Responsibilities include: Taking guests' orders -Being knowledgeable about the menu and able to answer guests questions -Providing great customer service -effectively and responsibly handling money

Applicant must be: -Willing to work as part of a team -Able to follow written and verbal instructions -Responsible and motivated

Pay: -Base pay starts at $7.50/hour -Tips are shared among all staff. You can expect to make $11-14/hour after factoring in tips, which you will start receiving after 3 training shifts. -Hourly wage and tips are all paid bi-weekly via direct deposit Interested applicants should submit a resume to theowleryrestaurant@gmail.com.
