Assistant Manager
The Assistant Manager works side by side with the General Manager to lead the overall operations of the restaurant on a daily basis. Specifically, this role is a leader and critical component in ensuring success in the following areas:
- Financial stewardship management through food cost, labor cost and repairs & maintenance
- Back of House and Guest Experience operations
- Leadership and people development
