Prep Cook

Full time position as a Mason's Prep cook. Duties will include, but not limited to:

* Completing all tasks on the prep lists from the Head Chef or Kitchen Manager

* Assist in preparing ingredients by washing, peeling, chopping, and cooking

* Maintain cleanliness and order in the kitchen prep area by cleaning utensils, equipment, and work areas 

* Labeling and dating all food items when completed and properly stored

* Attention to detail and strictly following recipes

Qualifications include:

* 2+ years of experience in a similar scratch kitchen

* Familiar with safe food handling and sanitation (SERVSafe certified a plus)

* Excellent time management and organization
