Personal Trainer

Zone Health and Fitness is seeking motivated, certified Personal Trainers who are passionate about helping others reach their health and fitness goals. If you thrive in a high-energy environment, love working with people, and want to make a real impact in your community, we want to meet you.

As a Personal Trainer, you will conduct fitness assessments, develop customized training programs, and coach members safely and effectively while delivering an exceptional member experience.

• Conduct fitness consultations and personalized fitness assessments

• Design customized workout programs based on client goals and abilities

• Teach proper exercise techniques to ensure safety and injury prevention

• Motivate and support clients to help them stay consistent and achieve results

• Track client progress and adjust training programs accordingly

• Maintain a professional, welcoming, and safe training environment

• Uphold all club standards, policies, and safety guidelines

• Certified Personal Trainer (Required)

• Current nationally recognized certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.) preferred

• Minimum availability of 25 training hours per week

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent time management and organizational skills

• Passion for health, fitness, and helping others succeed

• High school diploma or GED required

• Must complete the full application including personality assessment

$25 – $75 per hour
Earning potential based on experience, training sessions, and client volume.
