Position Summary

We’re seeking Sports-Minded Outreach Representative Interns who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy face-to-face interactions. This paid internship provides hands-on training in sales, customer engagement, and territory management. You’ll represent client programs across Corona and Norco, connecting residents with essential services while developing real-world professional skills.

No experience required—just a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a competitive drive.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person outreach at community events, pop-up locations, and designated sites

• Present and explain services to customers; assist with onboarding or sign-up

• Work individually or with a small field team to achieve daily and weekly goals

• Track interactions, leads, and completed sign-ups

• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and growth workshops

Requirements

• Must be 18+ years old

• Valid U.S. driver’s license + reliable personal vehicle

• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• Strong communication and people skills

• Comfortable engaging with the public and working outdoors

• Competitive, reliable, and self-driven—sports-minded candidates strongly encouraged
