This is not your typical yard job.

We're looking for someone who loves cars, loves taking things apart, and wants to get paid to do exactly that — fast. If you're good with your hands, work well on your own, and are motivated to earn more by doing more, this role is built for you.

What You Can Expect

•        Performance-based pay, the faster and more accurately you pull, the more you earn

•        Full-time hours, Monday – Friday, start as early as 6:30 am or as late as 8 am

•        Hands-on outdoor work, no desk, no manager hovering over you

What You'll Be Doing

•        Locating and pulling parts from salvaged vehicles in the yard

•        Using your own tools to disassemble vehicles efficiently

•        Inspecting parts for quality and condition as you pull

•        Cleaning and preparing parts as needed

•        Communicating with the sales team about part condition and availability

•        Keeping your work area safe and organized

•        Operating yard vehicles and forklifts as needed to access vehicles

•        Knows their way around a vehicle, doesn't need to be a mechanic, but knows how cars come apart

•        Works independently without needing to be managed

•        Takes pride in pulling clean, quality parts

•        Communicates clearly when there's a problem

What Experience Helps

•        Experience in auto disassembly, salvage yards, or automotive repair

•        Comfortable using hand and power tools

•        Forklift experience or certification preferred (can train the right person)

•        Background in any hands-on, production-based work

Requirements

•        Must own and bring personal hand and power tools

•        Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly

•        Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

•        Ability to pass drug screen and background check

•        High school diploma or GED required
