Medical Assistant
Duties include but are not limited to greeting and registering patients accurately, answering phones, verifying insurance, and collecting co-pays. Rooming the patient, vitals, testing, preparing specimens, EKG, x-ray, blood draw, injections. A plus if you have urgent care experience and experience performing pre-employment drug screens, DOT physicals, sports physicals, etc.
The Medical Assistant assists in the examination and treatment of patients under the direction of the provider. All other duties as assigned.
The weekly schedule consists of three 12-hour shifts and rotating weekend/holiday availability.
