Full Job Description

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our growing team as Customer Service Representative. This is an entry-level, full-time, hourly position with performance-based incentives—ideal for candidates eager to start a long-term career in marketing, sales, and client relations.

In this role, you will receive comprehensive, paid training on brand marketing, sales strategies, customer service, and compliance. You will work closely with clients and customers, learn key business skills, and have opportunities for advancement based on performance.

Responsibilities
  • Attend all mandatory training sessions, team meetings, and development workshops

  • Learn and implement brand marketing and outreach strategies

  • Engage with customers in a professional, friendly, and compliant manner

  • Demonstrate deep product and service knowledge

  • Assist in lead generation and client acquisition

  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and feedback

  • Support campaign development and execution with the internal team

  • Stay current on local market trends and client updates

  • Assist with team building and leadership responsibilities as growth allows

Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years or older

  • High school diploma or GED required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree a plus

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle required

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

  • Ability to work in-person full-time, Monday to Friday (occasional weekend flexibility a plus)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute to a team-oriented environment

  • Must be able to stand and interact with customers for extended periods

Compensation
  • Hourly Pay: Based on qualifications and experience (compliant with California minimum wage laws)

  • Weekly Pay Range: $750.00 – $1,300.00 (includes hourly + incentives)

  • Bonuses & Incentives:

    • Weekly performance bonuses

Schedule
  • Full-time

  • Day shift: Monday to Friday

  • Weekends as needed (optional for events or campaigns)
