Front of House Team Members – Servers, Bartenders, Server Assistants & Hosts

Our upscale casual, modern Italian restaurant is growing, and we're looking for passionate hospitality professionals to join our Front of House team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and take pride in providing exceptional service, we'd love to meet you.

• Servers – Starting at $2.13/hour plus tips

• Bartenders – Starting at $2.13/hour plus tips

• Server Assistants (Food Runners/Bussers) – Starting at $12.00/hour

• Hosts/Hostesses – Starting at $16.00/hour

Depending on the position, responsibilities may include:

• Providing exceptional guest service from arrival to departure

• Creating memorable dining experiences through friendly, attentive service

• Taking food and beverage orders accurately

• Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (bartenders)

• Assisting servers with food delivery, table maintenance, and guest needs

• Greeting guests, managing reservations, and maintaining an organized waitlist

• Working as a team to ensure smooth restaurant operations

• Maintaining cleanliness and following all food safety and sanitation standards

• Friendly, outgoing, and professional attitude

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Dependable with excellent attendance

• Nights, weekends, and holiday availability

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not required for all positions
