Maintenance Power Washing Supervisor/ Technician

Introduction:

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Power Washing Technician to join our team and perform a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of our clients facilities. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine and preventative maintenance, as well as troubleshooting and repairing equipment and systems as needed. The successful candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and be able to work with a team or independently. Daily reporting such as Vehicle maintenance reports, daily time reports, scheduling reports, progress reports, status reports, and ability to use word, excel, and email is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating equipment, checking and replacing parts, and inspecting systems for proper operation

• Troubleshoot and repair equipment and systems as needed, including high pressure hoses, pressure valves, regular equipment maintenance

• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment inventory

• Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe work environment

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Proficiency with hand and power tools

• Knowledge of high pressure valves, hoses, pumps, engines, and power washing equipment

• Ability to work independently or with a team, and prioritize tasks

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus

  Be able to lift up to 50-75 lbs
