GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION

Chroma Systems Solutions, Inc. is a leading designer and manufacturer of power testing instruments and systems including programmable AC Power Source and DC Power Supplies, AC loads and DC Electronic Loads, Digital Power Meters and Automated Testing Systems for applications in LED Lighting, Led Drivers, Aerospace, Defense, Military, Automotive, Medical, Battery, Solar, Marine, and Regulatory Testing.

The marketing supervisor will be responsible for executing all marketing initiatives including website development and graphics, social media, SEO, Google AdWords, promotional materials, content management, and corporate communications. The ideal candidate would be a self-motivated professional with the ability to lead as well as work in partnership with a team to successfully execute our marketing initiatives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute all marketing communications materials including but not limited to websites, email and social media campaigns, product brochures, product manuals, press releases, exhibits and exbibit materials

•Write, create, and develop print, electronic, and web-based communications

• Design, maintain, and update corporate websites and intranet

• Write and submit press releases to industry trade periodicals

• Plan and coordinate trade shows and other customer events

• Ensure consistency of branding message and graphic design

•Define and execute lead generation campaigns in specific markets and continuously quantify the effectiveness of the campaigns

• Collaborate with the Chroma business development and sales to develop winning sales materials and lead generation tactics

•SEO management on websites

•PPC/Adword advertising management through Google, Yahoo, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years experience in B2B marketing communications and/or Bachelors degree majoring in marketing, graphic/web design, or a communications related field

• Ability to write and edit engaging, relevant, original online and public relations copy

• Very strong HTML/XHTML, PHP, CSS, and web layout skills

• Experience with SEO programs

• Ability to create and design using Adobe Creative Suite programs (InDesign, PhotoShop, Illustrator, etc.)

• Knowledge of implementation and maintaining content on social sites and blogs

• Ability to coordinate trade shows and events

• Initiative to learn our account management software

• Self-discipline and the ability to prioritize and schedule tasks

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBLITIES

This is a supervisory position. Candidates will manage the Marketing team, perform performance reviews, etc.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

General office skills and dexterity are required. Must be able to lift 30 pounds.
