Brand Ambassador

 Typical Hours are Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays 3-7pm

Successful candidates will have a working knowledge of craft brewing, and experience with retail sales, customer support, and the hospitality industry. A good attitude and positive energy are essential! Ambassadors will work directly with the Sales Director and Events Coordinator. Cicerone Beer Server training will be provided.

Job Duties and Functions:

·       Represent the Dual Citizen Brewing brand at festivals, events, and liquor store samplings through pouring beer, educating consumers on our products, and amplifying our brand.

·       Set up and tear down festival and event materials

·       Operate draft equipment for successful dispensing of our product.

Required skills and qualifications:

·       Excellent customer service skills, experience working in retail sales, customer support, and the hospitality industry a plus

·       Organizational skills in merchandising and time management

·       Knowledge of beer styles, origins, flavors profiles, and Dual Citizen beer offerings

·       MLBA/safe serve/TIPs training preferred (required within the first 3 months of hire)

·       Available to work especially on nights and weekends (please communicate availability in the cover letter), an average of 2 shifts per month
