Retail Supervisor

The Retail Manager is responsible for all day-to-day management of the retail and packing functions and employees.  Ensure that proper resources are trained and scheduled to service customers, while complying with financial guidelines.  Manage the order taking and fulfillment process.  Provide training, guidance and management to Sales Associates and Sales Specialists.  Provide each customer with a positive experience.  Responsible for compliance with Food Safety Plan in the retail and packing area.  Position requires 25 hours per week, scheduled daily from 10am to 3pm.  Details include:

• Compliance with Food Safety Plan
• Manage the retail and packing employees
• Work with the kitchen staff to ensure popcorn is available for bags.
• Answer phone calls from customers and answer questions related to orders and our capabilities. 
• In compliance with the Order Prep Lead, ensure orders are taken and filled timely and accurately with minimal scrap and errors. 
• Complete work schedule for Retail and Packing employees.
• Package and ship orders as necessary. 
• Assist in the retail and packing areas when demand requires.
• Ensure that quality standards are maintained in the retail and packing areas.
• Ensure all purchases are processed for payment.
• Assist with obtaining new orders by guiding customers through the benefits of our products.
• Ensure cleanliness of the retail and packing areas.
• Ensure product is properly stocked and ready for sales.
• Ensure front retail area is filled and presentable for customers.
• Able to Guide Tours/Tastings.
• Coordinate orders with FedEx personnel
