The Maintenance and Transportation Operator is responsible for the professional and timely transport of all passengers to and from appointments, outings and emergencies while always employing safe vehicle practices. Actions are normally determined by specific instructions from the supervisor or by following well-defined procedures, methods, and practices. 

  • Manages Maintenance Punch List and Compliance Forms.
  • Processes requests per Work Order system.
  • Familiar with basic tool safety and usage.
  • Performs compliance inspections and repairs at facilities.
  • Identify, report, and address potential safety concerns.
  • Assist clients in and out of the vehicle as needed to safely complete the transport.
  • Pickup and delivery of supplies and medication.
  • Inspect vehicles for maintenance or cleaning.
  • Maintain company vehicle cleanliness.
  • Communicate need for extensive cleaning and/or repair to ensure that the vehicle remains in good working condition.
  • Late evening, weekend, and holiday response for emergency call outs for transportation or repair needs.
  • Always adheres to safe driving practices in accordance with California traffic laws, rules, and regulations.
  • Follows all CCM protocols regarding transportation and safety. 
  • Ability to work overtime and occasional long hours.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required.
