Position Overview:
The Finance Controller will play a critical role in managing our financial operations, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting, and overseeing financial planning and analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with specific experience in family office management, the real estate sector and business finance management.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.

  • Manage cash flow and liquidity, optimizing working capital.

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

  • Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to support effective financial management.

  • Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term financial strategies and business finance management practices.

  • Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data analysis to drive business performance.

  • Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions.

  • Supervise and mentor finance team members, promoting professional growth and development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.

  • CPA certification is required.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial management role, with a focus on family office, real estate, and business finance management.

  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, reporting standards, and best practices.

  • Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
