Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Introduction:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team and provide high-quality care to our patients. The Registered Nurse will assess patients' health needs, develop and implement care plans, and provide ongoing support and monitoring to ensure that patients receive the best possible care. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals. 

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' health needs and develop and implement care plans

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and per company policy

• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the appropriate staff member

• Communicate with patients and families to provide education and support

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment

• Document patients' progress and outcomes using electronic medical records

• Participate in professional development opportunities to maintain and improve skills

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Current state license as a Practical Nurse

  Current CPR/ First Aide Certificate

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an LPN

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
