Server Responsibilities:
- Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order
- Ensure all our guests feel welcomed and let them know you are there to take care of them
- Know regular guests by name; know their preferences and needs
- Make recommendations you genuinely feel that your guests will enjoy
- Take food and beverage orders and enter into the POS system
- Collaborate with other servers and kitchen/bar staff
- Check guests' identification and confirm legal drinking age
- Handle any complaints or problems with a positive attitude
- Go above and beyond guests' expectations; respond promptly and courteously to requests
- Present bills, accept payments, operates POS system, upholding strict cash handling procedures and accountability for all transactions
- Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant/section
- Perform all running/closing sidework assigned
- Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operations of the restaurant
