Smokin’ Jack BBQ is looking for motivated, high-volume cooks to join our food truck & special events team for the 2026 season.

POSITION DETAILS

• Role: Mobile Event Cook (Food Truck / Festivals / Catering)

• Location: Events across SE Wisconsin – must have your own transportation or be able to meet at our Brown Deer HQ

• Pay: $10/hr + tips, averaging $17–$20+/hr

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Experienced grill cook who thrives under pressure

• Self-starter & problem solver – we need team members who can think on their feet

• Must be comfortable with minor prep tasks (slicing, portioning, etc.)

• Will assist with load-in/set-up before events and break-down/clean-up afterward

• Able to follow recipes and consistently deliver high-quality food

• Must be available days, nights, and weekends

• Food truck and POS (e.g., Toast, Square) experience are big pluses

• Must be reliable and team-oriented
