We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Commercial Team at CS&A Insurance in Franklin, TN.   The job responsibilities include but are not limited to daily servicing of our clients, processing new and renewal business, re-marketing, assisting clients in the claims process, developing relationships with clients and underwriters, etc.  Applicant will be working with a designated Client Service Advisor within our Commercial Team. To be successful in this position, the applicant must have the following:

Above average computer skills with a basic working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and internet browsers.

Understand and analyze insurance coverage, forms, and policies.

Basic knowledge/experience with an agency management system required.

College Degree preferred.

Insurance experience is required.

P&C license is required.
