What You’ll Be Doing

• Interior & exterior window cleaning

• Gutter cleaning

• Light fixture cleaning

• Working on ladders and occasionally roofs

• Communicating clearly with homeowners

• Representing Squeegee Magic with professionalism and positivity

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 60–80 lbs

• Comfortable standing and climbing ladders for 8–10 hours

• Comfortable with heights

• Valid driver’s license

• Able to commute to Maple Grove, MN

This is physical work. You will sweat. You will move all day. And you’ll get stronger because of it.

💰 How Pay Works

We believe in paying for performance and giving you control over your income.

All new team members start at $18 per hour during training.
Training typically lasts 3–6 weeks, depending on how quickly you learn and master our systems.

After training, you move to a percentage-based pay structure, meaning you earn a percentage of the revenue you help produce.

The better you perform — the more efficient, skilled, and customer-focused you become — the more you earn.

In 2025:

• Our average team member earned $29.71 per hour

• Top performers earned $36–$40 per hour

There is no income cap.
Your effort, quality, and attitude directly impact your pay.

A Day in the Life

7:50 AM – Arrive at the shop, clock in, load up the truck.
8:00 AM – Review the day’s jobs with your teammate and head out.

You might clean interior and exterior windows in Maple Grove, complete an outside-only job with a provided garage code, or handle a gutter cleaning in Eden Prairie.

You’ll greet homeowners, answer questions, solve problems, and make sure everything looks excellent before you leave.

Sometimes things don’t go perfectly — maybe wind knocks over a screen. That’s okay. We own it, fix it, learn from it, and move forward.

You’ll likely:

• Get some exercise

• Have a few laughs with your teammate

• Earn tips from customers who appreciate quality work

• Finish the day feeling accomplished

4:45 PM – Return to the shop, unload, clock out, head home tired but proud.
