As a Delivery Driver, you’ll be the face of our company on the road and in customers’ homes. You’ll lead our delivery operations, ensuring appliances and equipment are transported safely, efficiently, and with exceptional care.

• Lead delivery operations: Manage the transportation of appliances and equipment to customer locations, ensuring timely, accurate, and secure deliveries.

• Load and unload: Oversee and assist with safe loading and unloading procedures to prevent damage and maintain organization.

• Ensure vehicle safety: Perform vehicle inspections before and after trips, follow all safety guidelines, and report any mechanical issues.

• Plan and navigate routes: Use mapping tools to determine efficient delivery routes and adjust as needed for traffic or delays.

• Deliver top-tier service: Be professional and courteous with every customer, providing respectful, helpful interactions at each stop.

• Supervise delivery helper: When working with an assistant, provide leadership and ensure smooth coordination during deliveries.

• Maintain vehicle readiness: Keep the delivery vehicle clean, organized, and stocked with necessary tools and supplies.

• Experienced and reliable – You have prior delivery or driving experience and take pride in being prompt and dependable.

• Strong communicator – You interact well with customers and teammates, ensuring clear and respectful communication.

• Safety-minded – You follow protocols and work carefully to prevent accidents or equipment damage.

• Team-oriented leader – You take initiative, lead by example, and support others in getting the job done right.

• Customer-focused – You understand that every delivery is a chance to build trust and deliver a positive experience.

• Physically capable – You’re able to lift, carry, and move items up to 75 pounds on a regular basis.

• Job Type: Full-time

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10-hour shifts, with occasional weekends

• Pay: $35,000 – $42,000 per year

• Location: In-person, based in Lake Charles, LA (commute or relocation required)
