Arcadia at Lookout Ridge – Assisted Living

Arcadia at Lookout Ridge is seeking compassionate and dependable Caregivers for day and evening shifts. 6A-2P and 2P to 10P.

No CNA or HCA certification? No problem. We are willing to train the right candidate and support Washington State certification requirements.

We are looking for individuals who are reliable, professional, and committed to providing quality care in a team-focused environment.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)

• Support mobility, toileting, dressing, and personal care needs

• Monitor for changes in condition and report concerns appropriately

• Respond promptly to call lights

• Document care accurately and timely

• Work collaboratively with nursing and leadership staff

• Compassionate and patient demeanor

• Strong reliability and attendance

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Willingness to complete required state training (employer-supported)

• Ability to safely assist residents with mobility needs

Experience in caregiving, healthcare, hospitality, or customer service is preferred but not required.
