Experienced Server

Milano restaurant in Latham is a Northern Italian restaurant seeking an experienced server to join our team. Milano Restaurant has been in operation since 1991. We are a small family business with a loyal following. We have a passion for delivering high quality food and service to the Capital Region and are seeking someone who has those qualities and loves to take care of people. An ideal candidate can:
-Deliver refined and attentive table service in a casual fine dining atmosphere

-Executive full-service wine presentation and recommend pairings with the menu

-Maintain deep knowledge of menu items and potential allergens 

-Accurately take orders and course them properly in the POS

-Anticipate guest needs and develop relationships within the community

-Collaborate with staff to ensure a seamless service
-Be aware of guest satisfaction and relay any concerns to management
